Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst for one of our major financial services clients. This individual will sit within the client's account lifecycle and markets onboarding organization, supporting a large-scale legal entity name change initiative. This role centers on analyzing operational impacts, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring successful implementation of complex change across global systems and markets. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between Operations, Technology, Legal, Bank Control, custody providers, and external counterparties. This role will require 3+ days of work on-site at our client's offices.
Key responsibilities include:
Analyzing business impacts from custody, clearing, and reference data changes across multiple global systemsCoordinating entity name, SSI/BIC, and static data updates across global processing platforms (GDI, TESS, BTM, CASC, CTM, FPS, and others)Performing bulk data analysis, reconciliation, extraction, and validation to support large-scale updatesSupporting account opening, migration, mapping, and testing, including migration of assets, cash, and transaction flows between custodians and marketsExecuting reconciliations, counterparty notifications, MAPS requests, and UAT, and producing business requirements, test scripts, and status reportingPartnering with internal and external stakeholders across the US, UK, and Asia to drive execution Skills and Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting large-scale change, transformation, or regulatory programsStrong understanding of securities operations, custody services, settlement processes, and static/reference data managementExperience managing SSI, BIC, account reference data, and counterparty onboarding activitiesDemonstrated ability to perform data analysis, reconciliation, and testing across multiple systemsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, large data set manipulation)Experience coordinating technology, operations, legal, and external stakeholder activitiesStrong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external partnersExcellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and qualitySelf-motivated, collaborative team player with a logical approach to problem solvingContinuous learner with a desire to grow and contributeKnowledge of account opening, migration, and custody transition processesExperience supporting custodian migrations or custody transformation initiativesFamiliarity with systems such as GDI, TESS, BTM, CASC, CTM, FPS, GMI, or similar operational platformsKnowledge of clearing and settlement agreements, including repapering/amendment workflowsExperience producing business requirements, process documentation, and test artifactsSQL or basic querying experienceExposure to data analytics or reporting environments (e.g., Tableau) We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
