This role supports the daily operations of digital tools and platforms, ensuring smooth website and app functionality through monitoring, issue escalation, and data analysis. Site Operations Analyst:
Support the day-to-day operations of digital platforms, including monitoring and managing guest-facing experiences. Respond to and escalate technical issues, bugs, or errors to appropriate teams, ensuring minimal impact on users. Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and product teams to address operational challenges. Execute testing of new features for functionality, regression, and edge cases, ensuring quality across devices. Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify and suggest improvements. Site Operations Analyst:
2+ years of experience in digital operations, eCommerce, or technical support Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Basic understanding of digital platforms and user experience Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow) is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills What's in it for you?
