Head of Hospitality FF&E Leasing and Strategic Partnerships Alchemy Home Supply Inc Chino, CA Job Details Full-time $120,000 - $1,000,000 a year 22 hours ago Qualifications Investment Interpersonal skills Sales strategy Strategic partnerships Closing sales leads Channel management Full Job Description Overview We are seeking a revenue leader who can turn hotels' essential FF&E expenditures into capital solutions and build this business into a nationwide platform, rather than a traditional furniture sales function. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the U.S. sales and channel development strategy for FF&E leasing, building a repeatable nationwide business model. Build key relationships with hotel ownership groups, management companies, hospitality lenders, brokers, insurance partners and procurement companies. Personally originate and advance major hotel projects from initial outreach and needs assessment through proposal development, commercial negotiations and closing. Establish and manage core business metrics, including qualified pipeline, proposals, contracted business volume, revenue and cash collections. Manage and lead the business development team, with clear project ownership, pipeline reviews and processes for closing deals. Work with company leadership on pricing, deal structures and key terms for major projects. Represent Alchemy at key hospitality conferences, trade shows, owner meetings and strategic partnership meetings, converting leads into tangible projects. Qualifications More than 10 years of relevant experience preferred in hospitality, hotel finance, hotel management, hotel ownership, hotel investment, hospitality brokerage, FF&E or procurement, equipment leasing, commercial finance or capital markets. An established, verifiable network of hotel owners, hotel groups, management companies, lenders, brokers or other hospitality decision-makers. A proven record of originating and closing major B2B projects or transactions, beyond account maintenance alone. A strong focus on results, sound commercial judgment, and excellent negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel throughout the United States and personally invest time in building relationships, advancing projects and closing deals. Furniture industry experience is not required. We place greater value on hospitality relationships, an understanding of capital solutions and demonstrated business results than on a traditional furniture sales background. Join us as we lead the future of hospitality leasing solutions through innovative strategies and impactful partnerships!
