Oversees linehaul performance and quality at assigned cross docks while partnering with upstream fulfillment centers. Delivers on customer requirements with minimal service disruption. Manages transportation service levels as the liaison between locations and carriers, ensuring compliance with approved carrier usage. Evaluates cross dock productivity, service, compliance, and route optimization in partnership with cross-functional teams. Collaborates with onsite supervisors to resolve delivery issues and escalates recurring trends to regional leadership..
