Cross-Border Logistics, Last-Mile Delivery, and Integrated Warehousing & Distribution​ We are looking for a results-driven Regional Operations Lead with strong local logistics experience. You will manage station operations, teams, delivery execution, and customer service performance across one or more cities in the West Coast region.​ Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of daily operations, safety, service quality, delivery timeliness, and cost performance for assigned stations or territories.​ Lead station managers, operations supervisors, dispatchers, and delivery teams; establish clear goals, scheduling, training, and performance-management routines.​ Optimize staffing, vehicle and carrier resources, routes, and last-mile delivery plans based on local demand and operating conditions.​ Monitor and improve key metrics including scanning compliance, outbound processing, delivery performance, proof of delivery, exceptions, customer complaints, and costs.​ Manage local carriers and driver resources, including day-to-day performance, service quality, and risk control.​ Support new-station launches, ramp-up plans, and peak-season operating readiness.​ Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Warehousing, and headquarters teams to address critical customer and operating needs.​ Provide regular performance reviews and improvement plans to regional leadership.​ Qualifications 3+ years of experience in logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile operations, warehousing and distribution, or transportation dispatch management.​ Experience as a station manager, city manager, regional operations manager, or in a similar leadership role.​ Strong knowledge of local U.S. last-mile delivery operations, driver and carrier management, and field operations.​ Data-driven, highly accountable, and able to mobilize resources quickly in a fast-paced or peak-season environment.​ Proven team-leadership skills, with the ability to develop supervisors and create consistent execution.​ Professional English communication skills; Chinese communication skills are preferred.
