This role leads Shift Supervisors, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Facilities/Maintenance staff while partnering with Clinical and Nursing leadership to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and high-quality care. The Ideal Candidate is a hands-on, compassionate leader who can build strong teams, manage multiple facilities, maintain compliance, and create safe, well-run environments for first responders. Key Responsibilities Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate Shift Supervisors and BHTs across facilities. Oversee daily staffing, client programming, coverage, and client flow. Partner with Clinical and Nursing teams to support client and program needs. Ensure compliance with DHCS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and applicable regulations. Oversee facilities, maintenance, inventory, supplies, safety, and operational resources. Manage operations budget and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Oversee BHT performance, timekeeping, attendance, and staffing needs. Serve as Health & Safety Officer, conducting inspections, coordinating drills, and implementing corrective actions. Participate in CQI, Operations, and Clinical meetings and share on-call responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid RADT or CCADC certification. 2+ years of behavioral health/SUD experience. 2+ years of management or supervisory experience. Valid driver's license, First Aid/CPR, and required health/background clearances. ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days. Knowledge of DHCS, Joint Commission, HIPAA, behavioral health, and substance use disorders. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
