Multisite Operations Manager (MM) Position Summary The Multisite Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing 2 Raceway Car Wash locations within an assigned territory. This role ensures operational excellence, profitability, and consistent execution of Raceway's brand standards. The Multisite Operations Manager leads and develops General Operations Managers through coaching, site visits, and performance accountability while driving sales growth, labor efficiency, and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position works closely with the District Operations Manager or Regional Operations Manager to execute company initiatives and maintain consistent performance across all assigned locations. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop General Managers to drive consistent performance across all assigned locations.
- Support the development of site-level leadership teams through training, accountability, and daily coaching.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and alignment with Raceway's values.
- Address performance concerns and support corrective actions in partnership with leadership and HR as needed. Operational Oversight
- Ensure all locations operate efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct frequent site visits to monitor execution, cleanliness, safety, and overall performance.
- Support day-to-day operations as needed to maintain consistency and service quality.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve performance. Financial Management
- Support financial performance across assigned locations, including P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor sales, labor, and expenses to ensure locations are operating within expectations.
- Assist General Managers in managing labor scheduling and workflow efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support profitability. Sales and Performance Management
- Support sales performance and ensure locations are meeting established goals.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across assigned sites.
- Assist General Managers in executing sales strategies and improving conversion and membership growth.
- Reinforce accountability for achieving revenue and performance targets. Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all locations.
- Monitor customer feedback and assist in implementing improvements to enhance the guest experience.
- Foster a positive, high-energy environment that supports both team member engagement and guest satisfaction. Facility & Equipment Management
- Ensure all locations maintain high standards of appearance and operational readiness.
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to identify issues, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate repairs to Maintenance & Reliability and Chemical teams.
- Ensure proper escalation and follow-up on maintenance-related concerns. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Support safety meetings, site inspections, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reinforce team member training in safety procedures, chemical handling, and emergency response.
- Uphold company policies, code of conduct, and appearance standards consistently. Communication and Execution
- Communicate company goals, expectations, and operational updates clearly to site leadership.
- Provide performance updates and feedback to District or Regional leadership.
- Execute company initiatives, programs, and process improvements across assigned locations.

Pay:
$32.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
