About Our Client Our client is a growing Southern California General Contractor specializing in multifamily and affordable housing construction. The company has developed a strong reputation for successfully delivering complex residential projects including podium developments, wrap-style communities, rehabilitations, retrofits, and capital improvement projects throughout the region. The organization is currently experiencing significant growth with multiple projects underway and a substantial future pipeline. Job Description Our Lead Superintendent will be responsible for: Lead all field operations from project start through completion. Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities. Develop and maintain construction schedules. Conduct Three-Week Look-Ahead planning. Drive production while maintaining quality standards. Ensure safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Manage site logistics, sequencing, and trade coordination. Collaborate with Project Managers, ownership groups, consultants, and subcontractors. Lead field meetings and provide project updates. Identify and resolve field challenges proactively. The Successful Applicant The ideal Superintendent will have: Extensive multifamily construction experience. Proven Superintendent experience leading field operations. Experience managing projects valued between $20M and $60M. Strong understanding of multifamily construction sequencing and workflow. Experience with scheduling and look-ahead planning. $150,000 - $175,000
Target Bonus:
