We are seeking an experienced Area Manager based in the Patterson, CA area. This role will oversee warehousing operations, lead teams, ensure operational excellence, drive performance goals, and support company growth objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing people, processes, and results in an operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, or multi-site environment.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistency, safety, and excellence. Lead, coach, and develop site leaders and their teams to achieve business objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards. Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements where needed. Foster a positive, people-first culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and communication. Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for client and facility leadership.Qualifications:
3+ years of management experience in operations, logistics, transportation, distribution, or a related industry preferred. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance data, and deliver results. What We Offer:
Salary:
$90,000- $95,000 per year , based on experience.
