Paid training starting at $18.00/hour (based on experience and qualifications). Upon successful completion of the training program, qualified candidates may be promoted to a Manager position with an annual salary ranging from $75,000- 120,000, depending on location, experience, and business needs.

Upon onboarding completion, all required pre-employment notices and documents will be provided at or before the start date, as required by law. Key Responsibilities Participate in paid training covering all restaurant operations. Support new restaurant openings and pre-opening preparations. Learn FOH and BOH operations, staffing, scheduling, food safety, and customer service. Assist management with hiring, onboarding, and team development. Ensure operational standards and company procedures are consistently followed. Help coordinate grand opening activities and opening-day operations. Lead and motivate team members while developing leadership skills. Complete management training milestones and leadership evaluations. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Willingness to travel and support new restaurant openings as needed. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Experience opening new restaurant locations is a plus. Experience managing high-volume or full-service restaurant operations is preferred. Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory control, and food safety regulations is a plus. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
