A leading luxury real estate company is seeking a polished, highly organized Real Estate Operations Manager. This is a highly visible, hands-on role serving as the operational backbone of the office and providing day-to-day support to real estate advisors. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys being the go-to person - whether that means solving an operational issue, troubleshooting technology, coordinating an event, working with a vendor, or helping an advisor navigate a system. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to 40+ real estate advisors. Serve as the primary administrative resource for the Breckenridge office while providing weekly support to the Dillon office. Manage office supplies, inventory, and general office needs. Coordinate outside vendors, including cleaning services, window washing, copier services, floral deliveries, and other office-related services. Organize office meetings, including coordinating locations, sponsors, materials, and logistics. Plan and coordinate office events, celebrations, and team activities throughout the year. Provide high-touch customer service and problem-solving support to real estate advisors. Troubleshoot day-to-day operational and technology-related issues. Help resolve advisor concerns calmly, professionally, and solutions-first. Maintain and navigate brokerage-specific systems and technology. Train newly onboarded advisors on office systems, technology, and processes. Manage multiple competing priorities while ensuring the office continues to operate smoothly. What We're Looking For Prior administrative, office coordination, or office operations experience. Real estate industry experience is highly preferred. A polished, professional presence with strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service and relationship-management skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative. Comfortable learning and troubleshooting technology and new software systems. Able to work independently and make decisions without constant direction. Calm and composed when working with demanding personalities or navigating challenging situations. Flexible, adaptable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. Team-oriented with a no-ego approach to supporting others. Compensation $70,000-$75,000 annual base salary. Competitive paid time off and paid holidays. 401(k) retirement savings plan.
