Comfort Inn & Suites is looking for a reliable, motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team! This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys hospitality, working with people, solving problems, and helping a team succeed. You'll play an important role in keeping the hotel running smoothly and ensuring our guests have a great experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and assist with daily hotel operations. Support and guide front desk and hotel team members. Provide excellent guest service and help resolve guest concerns. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments. Step in to cover call-offs and staffing needs when necessary. Assist with training and supporting team members. Help maintain hotel standards for cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction. Be a hands-on leader and assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Schedule:

12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with flexibility as needed based on hotel operations.

What We're Looking For:

Previous hotel, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred. Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking responsibility. Strong communication and customer service skills.
