Makes decisions regarding reservations and costs for airline travel, charter buses, hotels, and meals. Assist with game scheduling and facility booking needs for team. Balances and maintains annual budget forecasting and projecting. This includes managing and monitoring the program's annual operating budget, including team travel, scholarships, housing, meals, parking, recruiting travel, and supplies. Act as liaison between coaches and senior administrators throughout UM Share in representation of program's interest with community relations (player appearances). Handles all aspects of purchasing equipment for sport. Serve as Program's liaison with Adidas, including monitoring equipment inventory. Handles and completes the bid process, and issues all equipment, clothing, shoes, and gear to athletes, coaches, and staff for games, practices, and workouts. Manage, Coordinate and Supervise the student management support staff. Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, institutional and departmental policies, and procedures. Establishes and continuously assesses the effectiveness of the internal controls within the unit and compliance with University policies and procedures. Ensures employees are trained on controls within the function and on University policy and procedures. All other duties as assigned by the head coach or Sport Administrator.
