This is a direct-report-to-ownership role overseeing operations, finance, and the management team across all sites — not a location-level or assistant GM position. Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations and service delivery across all three locations Own the

P&L:

budgeting, forecasting, margin management, and financial reporting to ownership Lead and develop location managers and functional leads; own hiring and performance management company-wide Maintain key customer and vendor relationships; identify growth and pricing opportunities Ensure regulatory, safety, and insurance compliance across all sites Standardize systems and processes — scheduling, CRM, inventory — across locations Deliver monthly performance reporting to ownership, with recommendations, not just data Required Qualifications 7-10+ years in operations/general management with direct, verifiable P&L accountability Experience managing multiple locations or business units simultaneously Proven leadership of managers, not just individual contributors Strong financial acumen; comfortable owning a budget and reading financial statements Excellent communication skills; comfortable with high-net-worth clientele Willing and able to travel regularly between all three locations Preferred Qualifications Marine, yacht, or marina industry experience — or a comparable relationship-driven service industry (auto dealership, hospitality, property management) Experience professionalizing systems inside a legacy or founder-run business Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus 15-25% of base, tied to company profitability, growth, and operational performance Vehicle allowance Company-supplemented health/dental/vision PTO per company policy 401(k) with match Application Note Please apply with a resume that speaks directly to the size of P&L you owned and your reporting authority — title alone won't be enough to move forward.
