Key Largo, FL (travel throughout the Florida Keys may be required)
Pay:
Starting at $23-$25/hour (based on experience/room for growth)
QUALIFICATIONS
Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and dependable transportation Authorized to work in the United States (proof of work authorization required upon hire) Must successfully pass a background check Smartphone with reliable internet access for scheduling and team communication Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day Excellent attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently while also leading a team Comfortable training, coaching, and holding team members accountable
Preferred:
Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience Experience with scheduling, inspections, or quality control Familiarity with vacation rental turnovers or hospitality services Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not requir Florida Keys Cleaning is a rapidly growing vacation rental cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners and guests throughout the Florida Keys. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Lead Cleaning Supervisor who is ready to help build and lead a high-performing team while maintaining the exceptional standards our clients expect. Position Summary This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll spend part of your day cleaning vacation rental properties and the rest leading the team, inspecting completed homes, coordinating schedules, and ensuring every property is guest-ready. We're looking for someone who naturally leads by example, takes ownership of problems, communicates well, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. ResponsibilitiesCleaning & Quality Control Clean vacation rental homes to company standards Perform detailed inspections of completed turnovers Ensure every property is guest-ready before arrival Identify and correct quality issues before guests check in Report maintenance concerns or damaged items Team Leadership Lead, coach, and support cleaning team members Train new employees on company procedures and quality expectations Provide constructive feedback to improve performance Help maintain a positive, professional team culture Lead by example through strong work ethic and attention to detail Scheduling & Operations Assist with daily and weekly scheduling Coordinate cleaner assignments based on workload and availability Ensure cleaners have the supplies, linens, and equipment needed for each shift Monitor team productivity and communicate schedule changes as needed Help troubleshoot last-minute staffing or scheduling challenges Inventory & Supplies Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Help organize supply storage areas Notify management when inventory needs replenishment Ensure company equipment is properly maintained Communication Communicate professionally with management, property managers, and team members Report quality concerns, staffing issues, or operational challenges promptly Assist in improving cleaning systems and processes as the company grows Qualifications Previous residential, hotel, or vacation rental cleaning experience preferred Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent attention to detail Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the day Positive attitude with a willingness to lead and mentor others What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance bonuses Consistent year-round work Opportunities for advancement as the company grows Supportive leadership team Professional work environment Opportunity to help shape the future of a rapidly expanding company Who We're Looking For This position is ideal for someone who enjoys cleaning but is ready to take the next step into leadership.
