Job Description
Looking for an experience HVAC Lead/Operations Supervisor. Great direct hire opportunity, $55-65, plus benefits. This leadership role requires a strong technical background in commercial HVAC and heavy central plant operations to bridge the gap between engineering, sales, and field technicians. Responsible for field labor management, site logistics, safety, quality control, and ensuring mechanical projects. The position would cover project sites throughout Miami-Dade and south Broward County. Looking for bilingual candidates with 7-10+ years in commercial HVAC, with at least 3+ years in a field leadership, foreman, or retrofit lead capacity. #
