We are seeking an experienced Georgia Site Manager to lead our Georgia operations, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team development while supporting continued business growth. Position Summary The Georgia Site Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Georgia delivery center. This individual will oversee daily operations, project execution, customer relationships, financial performance, workforce planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operational leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution while developing high-performing teams and ensuring exceptional customer delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership Lead all day-to-day operations for the Georgia site. Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across multiple customer programs. Drive operational excellence through standardized processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Optimize workforce utilization, staffing, and resource allocation. Develop and execute site operational plans aligned with corporate objectives. Project & Delivery Management Oversee execution of multiple engineering and technical programs. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed customer expectations. Identify and proactively mitigate project risks. Monitor delivery metrics, KPIs, and operational performance. Partner with program managers to resolve resource and execution challenges. Financial & Business Management Manage site operating budgets and support P&L objectives. Develop staffing forecasts and capacity plans. Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to executive leadership. Customer Engagement Serve as the primary operational point of contact for key customers. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Lead customer reviews, operational meetings, and executive business updates. Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Support business development activities including proposals, customer presentations, and strategic growth initiatives. People Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineering, technical, and administrative professionals. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent. Conduct performance reviews, coaching, succession planning, and career development. Foster a collaborative, accountable, customer-focused culture. Compliance & Continuous Improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee site infrastructure, equipment, and facilities management. Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field. U.S. Citizenship is required due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) requirements and the ability to support export-controlled defense programs. 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in engineering services, manufacturing, aerospace & defense, technology, or industrial operations. Proven success managing multiple complex projects while leading cross-functional technical teams. Experience managing operational budgets, resource planning, and financial performance. Strong understanding of project execution, quality management systems, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Ability to travel throughout Georgia and occasionally to other Cyient or customer locations. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense customers or engineering services organizations. Previous experience with P&L ownership or business unit leadership.
