Anaina Hou Community Park is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house operations across our vibrant campus, including food & beverage service, events, and guest experiences. About the Role As Floor Manager, you'll be the on-site leader helping daily operations run smoothly while supporting staff, guests, and special events. You'll work closely with café, bar, kitchen, and event teams to keep service organized, welcoming, and efficient. What You'll Do Lead and oversee front-of-house operations during daily service and events Supervise guest service areas including food & beverage outlets, events, and public spaces Act as the main point person for staff support, guest needs, and problem-solving during shifts Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams for seamless service execution Support team accountability, morale, and a positive workplace culture Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and service standards Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team communication Jump in where needed and lead by example during busy periods What We're Looking For We're seeking a confident, dependable leader who stays calm under pressure and enjoys motivating a team.

Required Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality, restaurant, café, food service, or event operations Strong food & beverage experience with an understanding of service flow and guest expectations Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and team leadership skills Professional, positive, and solution-oriented mindset Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and events Reliable transportation to Kilauea, HI 96754

Preferred:
