Hidden Paradise is Idaho's first medically accessible and adaptable camp property. Camp is a welcoming space designed specifically for guests with medical needs to safely connect with nature and each other. Hidden Paradise is owned by and home to Camp Rainbow Gold, an independent nonprofit organization serving Idaho children diagnosed with cancer and their families. When not in use by Camp Rainbow Gold, the site is leased to other nonprofit organizations, programs, and retreats serving individuals with medical, physical, emotional, or mental health challenges.Job Description:
The Guest Group Coordinator (GGC) of Hidden Paradise serves as the primary point of contact for all guest groups, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and mission-centered experience from first inquiry through departure. Leading with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, the GGC coordinates logistics, communication, and on-site support to ensure each group's stay is safe, smooth, and memorable. This role plays a vital part in upholding Hidden Paradise's reputation for exceptional customer service while supporting the long-term sustainability of the facility.Duties & Responsibilities:
Guest Group Coordination & Experience Serve as the primary liaison for all guest groups leasing Hidden Paradise Coordinate scheduling, contracts, and logistics for guest group stays in collaboration with the COD Build strong, trusting relationships with guest group leaders through regular communication Conduct pre-arrival program meetings to assess group needs, accessibility requirements, medical considerations, activity preferences, and meals Ensure guest groups receive high-quality, welcoming, and mission-aligned experience from arrival to departure Provide on-site support during guest group sessions, addressing questions, needs, and challenges Operations & Logistics Coordinate lodging assignments, facility use, activity scheduling, and equipment needs for guests Assist with on-site orientation for guest groups, including safety procedures, emergency protocols, and camp guidelines Guest group and kitchen support (moving chairs, setting up sound systems, getting campfires ready, serving meals, kitchen prep and cleaning) Help manage Camp Support Staff Maintain accurate records, calendars, and documentation related to guest group usage Customer Service & Support Maintain timely, clear, and professional communication with groups before, during, and after stay Gather feedback from guest groups and share insights with the Camp Operations Director to support continuous improvement Provide coverage and management for guest groups when the Camp Operations Director is off-siteQualifications & Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, event coordination, camps, nonprofits, or a related field (Preferred) Strong interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail Valid driver's license Must live on-site in Fairfield, Idaho from April through October 31st (on-site lodging provided) Comfortable working in a camp environment with irregular hours during peak guest group seasons Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a dynamic setting Must pass a comprehensive background checkPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
