Movement Disorders, Headache Medicine, Vascular Neurology, Epilepsy, Neuromuscular, and Neuroimmunology Qualifications:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board-certified or board-eligible Eligible for medical licensure in

Idaho Preferred:

Interest/expertise in broad management of general neurology disorders
