Position Overview The Operations Manager will be a key leader overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. This role requires both operational expertise and strong leadership skills to manage teams, optimize processes, and support the company's long-term success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage daily business operations, including project scheduling, workforce management, and resource allocation. Oversee field crews, project managers, and support staff to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are consistently met. Partner with the General Manager to execute company strategy and drive operational improvements. Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to achieve company goals. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Mentor and develop team leaders, creating a strong pipeline of future leadership. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in the electrical, construction, or related trades industry. 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business management roles. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices. Demonstrated success in managing teams of 50+ employees. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Ability to balance big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution. Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
