Key Responsibilities :

Must be goal driven with a growth mindset and initiative to learn new skills. Service, diagnosis, and repair basic electrical, fuel, and mechanical problems on light trucks, heavy trucks, tractors, and farm equipment. Obtain parts and services from suppliers. Weld and fabricate. Respond to outside normal working hours service calls on irrigation equipment, tractors, trucks, and other farm equipment as needed. Maintain accurate record of repairs and services performed. Assist other team members in completion of work. Complete other duties as assigned.

Experience:

Understanding of farming operations. Farming maintenance and repairs. Competency Organizational skills. Ability to communicate in English verbally and in written form. Must have a positive outlook and work well with others. Compensation Compensation is based on experience. Performance & Safety Bonus. Insurance Program Available. Valid Driver's license. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to lift heavy objects properly.
