This pivotal role focuses on optimizing resource allocation, enforcing safety standards, and enhancing operational efficiency while embracing sustainable practices. As a Sr Work Week Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our energy projects advance on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations, reflecting our commitment to energizing the future sustainably and reliably. Responsibilities Develop and oversee comprehensive work schedules for all site activities ensuring alignment with project objectives. Coordinate between various departments to ensure resources are appropriately allocated and milestones are achieved. Implement and monitor safety protocols across all operations to maintain zero workplace accidents. Facilitate weekly coordination meetings to review project status, resourcing, and upcoming constraints. Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards affecting plant operations. Liaise with senior management and stakeholders to report on progress, issues, and the overall health of the projects.
