What You'll Do:
Lead a team of quality inspectors to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Thrive in complexity—manage rapid changes, tight deadlines, and evolving quality demands. Drive performance metrics—analyze data to improve defect detection rates, reduce rework, and enhance overall efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability and teamwork—coach and develop team members to excel in high-pressure situations. Adapt and problem-solve—quickly identify quality issues, implement solutions, and work cross-functionally to resolve challenges.
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years' experience in leading/supervising employees (min 5 employees) Disciplined approach to managing responsibilities Customer service/relationship management expertise Proven experience, leading a team to drive results and provide customer satisfaction Grit and resilience—a track record of overcoming challenges and driving continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills—ability to interpret performance data and implement process enhancements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align teams on quality objectives. Hands-on problem-solving mindset—someone who takes initiative and leads by example.
