Job Description

Position Summary The Site Manager oversees the daily operations of their assigned site, ensuring high standards of service delivery for all individuals receiving support. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Coordinator and is crucial for maintaining a safe, efficient, and supportive environment.
Pay Rate:
$20.50 - $21.50 an hour
Open Shift:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 12pm-8pm, Thursday & Saturday 9am-5pm (40hrs) Key Responsibilities Coordinate staff schedules and maintain adequate staffing ratios to ensure smooth program operations. Oversee medication management, including counts, ordering, documentation, and verification. Manage program finances, including petty cash, money counts, and check requests, with oversight from the Program Coordinator. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new staff members to support program growth. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medications, participant goals, behavioral data, and incident reports. Schedule and support participant attendance for medical, therapy, and community appointments. Promote a safe and supportive environment by addressing safety concerns, reporting incidents, and modeling positive engagement with participants. Communicate effectively with the Program Coordinator and team, participate in meetings and training, and collaborate to achieve program goals. About New Ways Services - (ABI Division) New Way is MHA's residential and community-based program supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI) from trauma, stroke, or serious illness. Our team helps participants overcome physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges, build skills, and gain independence through personalized care, meaningful daily routines, and supportive homes in welcoming neighborhoods. With 24/7 support, nursing, clinical, and therapeutic services, we help participants reconnect with their communities, regain confidence, and live life to the fullest. Requirements Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and sufficient automobile insurance, with a safe driving record. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to pass a background and CORI check. Comfortable providing personal care to participants, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED, etc.) At least six months of relevant experience; experience supporting individuals with brain injuries, mental health challenges, or developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
