TRGroup, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Field Lead to oversee daily technical dispatch and enforce absolute quality control across all field deployments. We measure success by velocity, output, and flawless execution. We require an autonomous, high-energy leader who takes extreme ownership of their environment and drives elite operational standards. Responsibilities Field Enforcement (QA): Inspect and sign off on all deployments, ensuring every job meets our elite visual and functional standards prior to site departure.

Technical Escalation:

Act as the Tier-3 technical backstop. Step in hands-on to execute complex infrastructure cut-overs, unblock engineering hurdles, and lead VIP client support, while maintaining a primary focus on operational flow and field QA.

Client Satisfaction:

Guarantee excellence in client communications and professional client experience during every on-site deployment phase.

Dispatch & Logistics:

Own the dispatch board, on-call schedule, and prioritize critical path operations

Eradicate Friction:

Identify operational bottlenecks and deploy immediate solutions to increase execution speed and accuracy.

Skills & Qualifications Technical Independence:

Proven ability to navigate enterprise admin centers, management platforms, and network infrastructure autonomously.

Industry Experience:

5+ years in IT operations, network deployment leadership, or technical project management.

Elite Leadership:

Proven ability to lead technical field personnel and interact seamlessly with executive-level clients.

Communication:

A relentless drive for perfection matched with a highly concise, direct communication style.
