Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management. Must have 1 year of Retail Management experience to be considered. We offer the most competitive pay in the area, with a starting range of $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year. Minimum Job Requirements:

1yr management experience. 3-5yrs retail experience. 18 years or older. Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Stand and/ or move around for extended periods of time.
