GR Select Services LLC — Byron Center, MI Full-Time | $48,000-$52,000 Annual Salary GR Select Services is looking for a dependable, organized, and hands-on Bilingual Operations Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish to help lead our growing cleaning operations. This position is ideal for someone who is a strong communicator, comfortable managing people, solving problems, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. The Operations Manager will work closely with leadership, managers, employees, and clients to ensure our teams are staffed, trained, accountable, and delivering the level of service our customers expect. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations for commercial and residential cleaning accounts Manage and support supervisors, team members, and field staff Communicate effectively with employees and clients in both English and Spanish Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Monitor attendance, scheduling, productivity, and staffing needs Ensure jobs are properly staffed and completed on time Communicate with clients and maintain strong customer relationships Assist with opening new accounts and transitioning new clients into operations Monitor supplies, equipment, uniforms, and other operational needs Identify operational problems and take initiative to find solutions Maintain accurate operational records and communicate important issues to leadership Help improve processes, efficiency, and overall service quality Support company growth and new account implementation Travel to client locations as needed, including locations outside the Grand Rapids area Qualifications & Skills Fluent in both English and Spanish — required Previous experience in operations, management, facilities, cleaning, hospitality, or a related field Strong leadership and people-management skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in the field and visiting client locations Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment Professional, dependable, and willing to take initiative Valid driver's license and dependable driving record What We Offer $48,000-$52,000 annual salary Flexible schedule / flex time based on business and operational needs Medical, dental, and vision benefits $25,000 company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match up to 6% Paid major holidays 80 hours of paid vacation during the first 2 years of employment 120 hours of paid vacation after 3 years of employment Company-provided phone Company credit card for approved business expenses Company vehicle available for business travel outside the Grand Rapids area Opportunity for professional growth within a growing company About GR Select Services GR Select Services has proudly served our community since 2018 and continues to grow.
