We are looking for a versatile, high-energy individual to join our team. What You'll Do As our Guest Relations Coordinator, you will bridge the gap between hospitality and care coordination.
Resident Advocacy:
Serve as a go-to resource for residents, helping resolve their day-to-day needs with empathy and efficiency.
Dining Experience:
Lead the "lunchtime rush" by coordinating plate service
Team Liaison:
Act as a communication hub between the care staff and residents to ensure seamless operations.
Who You Are Adaptable:
You can pivot from answering a phone to helping a resident in seconds.
Observant:
You notice the "little things" and take initiative to fix them before they become big things.
A Natural Communicator:
You enjoy building relationships with seniors and collaborating with the care team.
Reliable:
You're comfortable with a rotational weekend schedule to ensure our residents are supported 7 days a week. This is a 3 days a week position that is heavy on the weekends, 1 weekday and every Saturday and Sunday.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
