FCA Group The Material Operations Manager is responsible for leading the daily operations associated with plant material flow on the production floor. This role directly supports daily production, this individual acts as the centralized resource for the Plant Production Operations Centers, Safety, Quality, Engineering and the Material Logistics Management (MLM) Production Control Operations team. The Material Operations Manager is also responsible for directly managing a cross-functional team of salaried non-bargaining employees, accountable for employee hiring, training, performance and retention. The Material Operations Manager participates in and promotes lean Stellantis Production Way activities.
