What you'll do Plan workloads daily by staffing, equipment, and targets; adjust priorities and coordinate flow. Lead and motivate teams; run shift meetings; monitor performance, attendance, and handovers. Control processes to SOPs; audit lines, contain issues, and maintain visual and line documentation. Provide technical support for setup, troubleshooting, maintenance needs, and equipment validation. Ensure product quality; address defects, lead RCA, stop production if needed, and support audits. Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials, components, and packaging. Train and certify employees; cross-train, coach skills, and maintain training records. Enforce safety, PPE, 5S, and plant policies; address hazards and support emergency response. Track and report KPIs; drive Kaizen/Lean, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
