Overview We are seeking a multi-site cannabis cultivation operations manager to oversee the operational, administrative, and regulatory functions of cultivation across all company grow facilities. This position is NOT for a full-time cultivator, but rather a largely managerial position that will be responsible for developing the systems, procedures, and performance metrics that ensure cultivation operations remain organized, compliant, efficient, and scalable. Familiarity with cannabis cultivation is preferred, and production management experience is required. Responsibilities

• Work with head grower to formalize and standardize our cultivation procedures and establish SOPs across all cultivation sites
• Handle all cultivation staff management including hiring, firing, and scheduling across all facilities, and moving staff between facilities to ensure appropriate coverage
• Work with production manager to establish appropriate cultivation canopy per strain and determine strain selection based on popularity and plant performance
• Oversee and track KPIs for all cultivation sites, and implement effective solutions for low-performing facilities
• Oversee METRC administration and adherence to state compliance across all grow sites
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of grow supplies across all cultivation sites
• Oversee equipment maintenance and needs across all cultivation sites Requirements

• The ability to perform hands-on cultivation work when necessary This position exists where cultivation meets production management, and is ideal for individuals with some understanding of cannabis cultivation but strong managerial and production skills.
