Job Overview Evolve Lubricants is a growing renewable oil company specializing in the manufacturing, blending, bottling, packaging, and distribution of lubricants and related petroleum products. We operate with a lean team and prioritize product quality, safe operations, reliable delivery, and cost efficiency. The Director of Operations will oversee these core functions, ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business. This role requires a strategic leader capable of managing day-to-day activities while driving continuous improvement to support our company's growth and operational goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all operational activities related to manufacturing, blending, bottling, packaging, and distribution processes. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Oversee supply chain management to ensure reliable delivery of products while optimizing costs. Monitor production metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with overall business objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to support company profitability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the operations team. Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to support seamless operations. Lead efforts in process automation and technology integration to improve operational efficiency. Skills Proven experience in operations management within the oil or related manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams in a lean environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency. Sound knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental compliance. Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external partners. Budget management experience with a focus on cost control and resource optimization. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities.
Pay:
$80,623.70 - $109,138.22 per year
