Full Job Description Team Operations Manager Opportunity Summary:
The Team Operations Manager is accountable for daily execution throughput, technician productivity, backlog control, quality performance, and customer delivery reliability within assigned branches or territories.Job Duties:
Accountable for daily scheduling execution and backlog health through Service Coordination Supervisors. Own technician productivity, labor utilization, and execution efficiency within assigned territory. Ensure quality assurance reviews are conducted to reduce repeat work and execution defects. Resolve operational customer issues prior to escalation to Regional Operations Manager. Drive corrective action when branch KPIs fall outside established thresholds. Lead hiring, development, and performance management of branch personnel.Work Experience & Qualifications:
Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory Experience Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Employee Benefits & Rewards:
