Seasons Kosher Supermarket, a leader in the kosher retail industry, is seeking a District Manager - Express Locations to oversee the operations of multiple Express stores. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced professional who excels in multi-unit retail management, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence. The District Manager will play a crucial role in driving profitability, maintaining high standards, and leading store teams to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of multiple Express locations, ensuring store efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company policies. Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across all assigned stores. Lead, coach, and develop store managers and staff to achieve business goals and maintain high service standards. Monitor financial performance, including revenue analysis, cost control, and budget management. Ensure proper inventory control, minimizing shrinkage while optimizing product availability and selection. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements within assigned stores. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to optimize product assortment and availability. Identify and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Travel frequently between store locations to provide hands-on leadership and support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of multi-unit retail management experience, preferably in grocery, convenience, food retail, or a related industry. Demonstrated success leading multiple locations and achieving sales, operational, and financial goals. Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills. Solid understanding of inventory control, merchandising, labor management, and retail operations. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of applicable retail, food safety, and workplace regulations. Willingness and ability to travel regularly between assigned store locations.
