Operations Manager Phoenix Mechanical |
Elmsford, NY Salary:
$95,000 - $115,000 annually + performance-based bonuses Phoenix Mechanical is seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to lead our HVAC Service & Installation teams in Elmsford, NY. Paid Holidays Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations for our HVAC Service & Installation departments Manage and develop field technicians, installers, and supervisors Oversee scheduling, workload forecasting, staffing, and installation coordination Drive customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns effectively Monitor key performance and productivity metrics Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, equipment ordering, and ductwork fabrication Ensure safe and efficient job-site operations Partner with Field Service Support to improve technician performance and efficiency Assist with performance reviews and operational reporting Work closely with the President/General Manager on strategy and company initiatives
Job Qualifications:
3-5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred 5+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience HVAC or plumbing industry experience strongly preferred Experience managing service and/or installation teams highly desirable Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused and results-driven mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office ServiceTitan experience is a plus The starting hourly base salary for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range of the base pay only; it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
