Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Operations & Customer Support Specialist to serve as the backbone of our daily workflow. This is a "multi-hat" role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are exactly the same. You will be the bridge between our customers, our sales team, and our warehouse operations, ensuring that orders flow smoothly from the initial PO to final billing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented enough to handle high-volume data entry, yet personable enough to provide top-tier service over the phone.

BachelorsResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Billing High-Volume Order Entry:
Receive and process 20-40 customer Purchase Orders (POs) daily, accurately converting them into Sales Orders within our ERP system.
Billing:
Execute customer invoicing and ensure all financial records for daily shipments are processed correctly.
RGA Management:
Process Returned Goods Authorizations (RGAs), coordinating between the customer and the warehouse to streamline returns and credits.
Inventory & Warehouse Liaison ERP Inventory Control:
Manage the backend data for regular inventory counts. While you won't be counting boxes physically, you will be the "brain" in the ERP system, reconciling numbers and working daily with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy.
Logistics Coordination:
Provide real-time updates to customers regarding order readiness and shipment status.
Customer Experience Front-Line Support:
Act as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Sales Support:
Respond to requests for pricing, stock availability, and lead times for various product lines.
Problem Solving:
Navigate customer concerns regarding delivery timelines and order discrepancies.
Administrative Support Digital Record Keeping:
Maintain a paperless environment by scanning and filing essential documents into our digital system.
General Admin:
