Operations Manager

Operations Manager Luxury home service company is seeking an Operations Manager. This position involves the day-to-day management of a high-end Service department. This position is responsible for coordinating the efforts of all field personnel and overall client satisfaction. This person will be responsible for: Organizing, assigning work, and maintaining optimum utilization of labor Managing Customer Service for quality control Assist General Manager in operation of day-to-day business. Continually monitor and meet company goals. Recognize and provide needed training for continued success. Interact with clients over the phone regularly on behalf of General Manager. Coordination with the Sales department to ensure consistent workflow Make outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments Manage customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively Requirements Bachelors Degree Must have experience in managing 5 or more people. Must have experience in managing department budgets of $5 million to $10 million dollars Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be a self-motivated and goal-oriented person Must be able to navigate CRM software, scheduling board, and Microsoft Excel. Must be open to and have availability for continual education.
