What You'll Do Supervise and dispatch move teams daily, coordinate employee scheduling and truck assignments. Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and oversee new employee onboarding and training. Coordinate and direct fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner. Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines. Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs. Responsible for being an "on-call" emergency contact outside of normal business hours. What We're Looking For A minimum of 1 year of business, management, or other relevant experience is required;
TWO MEN AND A
TRUCK or moving industry experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree in business, management, or another related field is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop, and direct people, and be accountable. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and random drug screens. Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action. Strong decision-making ability.
