This role bridges hotel operations with restaurant, bar, and banquet events, ensuring seamless service, high-quality standards, and operational efficiency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Food & Beverage Operations Oversight Supervise daily operations of restaurant, bar, and banquet functions Ensure consistent quality of food presentation, service standards, and guest satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, ordering, and cost control for F&B departments Collaborate with culinary and service teams to optimize menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings Guest Experience Excellence Act as a primary point of contact for guest concerns related to dining and service Resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high guest satisfaction scores Maintain a visible presence during peak service periods Team Leadership & Development Train, coach, and mentor F&B staff to uphold service excellence Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and performance management Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Operational Coordination Coordinate between front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Support event and banquet execution, including setup, service, and breakdown Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Financial & Administrative Duties Assist in managing budgets, labor costs, and revenue targets for F&B operations Track daily sales, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for improvement Support procurement processes and vendor relationships Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in hotel operations or food & beverage supervision is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of restaurant and hospitality service standards Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with POS systems and hotel management software Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with banquet and event operations Knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., ServSafe certification) What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career growth within hospitality operations Dynamic and collaborative work environment Employee discounts on hotel stays and dining
