Operations Supervisor! We are seeking a guest-focused and experienced leader to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at our AC Hotel in Newtown Square, PA! Competitive Pay Marriott Discounts Health Benefits Paid Time Off/Vacation Time Holiday Pay Key Responsibilities Supervise and support daily hotel operations to ensure efficient and consistent service in accordance with Marriott standards Provide exceptional guest service and professionally handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints Oversee front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest account activities Lead, coach, and support team members to maintain high standards of service and performance Assist with scheduling, shift assignments, task delegation, and daily operational coverage Monitor daily operations and ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other departments, including Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security Assist with resolving operational issues and escalated guest concerns Monitor guest accounts, billing, payments, and in-house balances; communicate concerns to management as needed Review and balance cash, credit card transactions, shift reports, and other financial records Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, checklists, and operational documentation Ensure the hotel and work areas are clean, organized, safe, and well maintained Ensure team members follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards Share information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions with guests Support a positive, team-oriented work environment and consistently exemplify company values Maintain a professional appearance and dependable attendance Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferredBenefits
