Operations Manager / Business Growth Marine Elements LLC Dania Beach, FL Job Details Full-time From $5,000 a month 1 day ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Google Workspace Teamwork Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Process management Full Job Description About the role Marine Elements LLC is hiring an Operations Manager / Business Growth lead to work directly with upper management and the broader team in a high-trust, high-ownership role. This is a hybrid role based in Miami, splitting time between the office and remote work, in close daily contact with the Founder/CEO, leadership, and staff. This is not a traditional operations coordinator role, and not a narrow admin role. It combines day-to-day operations management, process building, vendor/partner management, and hands-on growth execution: pricing, marketing follow-through, new revenue channels, and scaling what already works. The right person is extremely smart, organized, coachable, discreet, and relentless about getting things done. You'll work from leadership's priorities and turn them into running systems and measurable growth, coordinating closely with the team responsible for day-to-day execution. You're expected to think, ask good questions, flag issues, and give input when it helps but once a direction is set, your job is to build it, run it, and push it forward until it's producing results. What you'll do Own day-to-day operations: vendors, logistics, inventory, contractors, and outside partners Build and run simple systems (trackers, SOPs, checklists) so operations scale without breaking Work directly with upper management and the team to translate priorities into clear projects, deadlines, owners, and next steps Identify and execute on business growth opportunities — new customers, new channels, pricing, partnerships, marketing follow-through Track performance: revenue, costs, utilization, customer pipeline, and other key numbers that show what's working Follow up relentlessly and professionally with employees, vendors, and partners until tasks are completed Serve as a connective point between leadership and the team — keeping both sides aligned on priorities and progress Prepare summaries, trackers, growth reports, and briefing materials for leadership Hold people (internal and external) accountable to deadlines and commitments Escalate when something is stuck, unclear, delayed, or not being handled properly Handle confidential business and financial information with maturity and discretion What success looks like Operations run smoothly without the Founder/CEO having to chase details You spot growth opportunities and turn them into action, not just ideas You track commitments, tasks, and numbers better than anyone else in the room You ask clarifying questions before executing something the wrong way You stay calm, organized, and professional in a fast-moving, hands-on business You're comfortable being the person who makes operations run and pushes growth forward You're a strong fit if you are Very organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Smart, curious, and quick to learn Comfortable owning both operations (the unglamorous, day-to-day stuff) and growth (new revenue, new opportunities) Low-ego and comfortable taking direct feedback Strong in written communication and follow-up Able to manage many open items at once without losing track At ease working directly with a founder/CEO, upper management, and a team in a fast-paced environment Based in Miami and comfortable with a hybrid schedule (in office and remote) Good with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office/Excel, task trackers, and AI tools Discreet, trustworthy, and professional You're not a fit if You want to independently set company strategy without founder input You dislike direct feedback or fast-moving leadership You only want polished corporate structure and narrow job duties You think operational details (vendors, logistics, tracking) are beneath you You want to focus only on "big idea" growth work with no operational execution You're uncomfortable following up with people until a task is complete Experience 5+ years of demonstrated experience in operations management, business growth, general management, or a similarly hands-on role Direct experience supporting a founder, CEO, senior executive, or fast-moving business owner is a strong plus A proven track record of owning both the operational and growth side of a business not just one or the other Experience with vendor/partner management, budgets, and performance tracking What we offer A rare seat working directly alongside the Founder/CEO, with real visibility into how the business runs and grows A flexible hybrid setup based in Miami A fast-paced, high-trust environment where strong execution and growth results get noticed and rewarded Competitive base salary plus performance bonus tied to growth outcomes Room to grow into a broader operations/growth leadership role over time The basics Full-time, based in Miami Close daily collaboration with the Founder/CEO, upper management, and the team
