Primary Responsibilities:
Assists applicants for employment and schedule interviews. Leads orientation process and training events. Ensures accurate payroll processing. Maintain accurate and current personnel records. Assists with employee disciplinary meetings and actions Maintains OSHA logs and worker's compensation, FMLA Accounts Receivable and Account Payable duties Professional Customer Service & Communication with residents, families and staff Perform tours as requested Perform administrative and resident related tasks as directed. Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification Associate Degree Required 2-years experience in administration and/or a business office setting required Experience working with older adults preferred Excellent oral and written communication and language skills Maintain a high level of confidentiality Experience in business management, health care and human services If this sounds like an opportunity for you, please apply now.
