Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team at our vibrant resort. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our team, ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality from check-in to checkout. Your leadership will set the tone for a memorable guest experience, fostering a warm, friendly, and efficient environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests Lead and motivate the guest services team to deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized guest experiences Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and handle special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate with management to ensure all services are completed promptly Maintain accurate reservation records, billing information, and reporting documentation, inluding obtaining all vaccination records Implement training programs to enhance team performance and uphold service standards Foster a welcoming atmosphere, while maintaining company standards Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service role within thie field, using Gingr for a kinimum of 1 year (we may train the proper candidate) Open availability, with the ability to stand for long periods of time Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in handling reservations and guest information Knowledge of our software systems and front desk technology tools Passionate about delivering exceptional guest relations and creating memorable experiences Join us in creating unforgettable stays for our guests! Pay:
$36,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
