This role ensures effective management of staff, programs, and resources while maintaining a high standard of service and operational efficiency. Position Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and policies. Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. Staff Management & Development Hire, train, and supervise center staff. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and foster professional development. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment focused on accountability and engagement. Program & Service Management Ensure programs and services are delivered effectively and meet quality standards. Evaluate program performance and implement improvements as needed. Engage with clients and stakeholders to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Compliance & Safety Maintain compliance with organizational policies, safety regulations, and applicable laws. Implement and monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures. Prepare for audits, inspections, and reporting requirements. Other Duties Perform other duties as trained and qualified. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field. 3-5 years of leadership experience in a service-oriented or operational setting. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) Leadership or management certifications. Relevant industry-specific certifications depending on center type. Salary Range:
