You'll work with leaders and colleagues across the business to review performance, assess opportunities, organise strategic projects, and track progress. The role is a good fit for someone who can work with data, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving without adding unnecessary complexity. What You'll Do Work with business leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and growth opportunities. Analyse financial, operational, customer, and market information to support planning. Prepare presentations, reports, and recommendations for management. Help develop and maintain business plans, priorities, and project roadmaps. Coordinate strategic projects and keep actions, owners, and deadlines up to date. Review business performance and highlight trends, risks, and areas that may need attention. Research competitors, market developments, and relevant industry information. Work with different departments to collect information and support decision-making. Help evaluate new initiatives and prepare basic business cases. Track agreed actions and provide progress updates to management. Support process improvement and operational planning activities. Maintain clear records of assumptions, analysis, decisions, and project outcomes. Present findings in a clear and practical way to both management and wider teams. What We're Looking For Previous experience in strategy, business analysis, consulting, operations, finance, or a related business role. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work with business data and turn findings into clear recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good organisation and ability to manage several projects or deadlines. Comfortable working with managers and colleagues across different functions. Practical approach to problem-solving and decision support. Attention to detail without losing sight of the wider business objective. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered. Authorization to work in the United States. Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Some additional hours may occasionally be required for important meetings, planning sessions, or project deadlines.
