Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs swiftly and effectively. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience, fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Proficiency with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus. Knowledge of hospitality reservation systems, front desk procedures, and hotel emergency protocols. Exceptional phone communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
