Overview Overtime Athletics, a leader in youth sports programming, is seeking a dynamic and driven Director of Operations & Programs to join our team. Based in Tidewater/Southeastern Virginia area, this position will oversee day-to-day operations, instructor hiring and training, and financial management. We are seeking a leader with a sports background, strong operations acumen, experience with children, and a touch of sales experience. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring program quality and efficiency Oversee financial operations, including bookkeeping and budget tracking Cultivate strong relationships with families, community organizations, government agencies, and funding bodies to enhance program reach and effectiveness. Hire, train, and mentor a team of instructors to deliver top-tier youth sports programs. Collaborate with outsourced sales teams to align on growth targets Foster a positive culture of teamwork, sportsmanship, safety and excellence. Report directly to the franchise owner and collaborate on strategic initiatives Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field
  • A strong sports background, either as an athlete, coach, or in sports programming
  • Proven experience in operations management and team leadership.
  • Desire and experience working with children from ages 4 yrs old
  • 18 yrs old
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and financial skills
  • Passion for youth sports and fostering a safe and positive experiences for children and their families
Pay:
$50,000.00
  • $65,000.
