Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Full or Part-Time Night Audit! This vital role ensures the seamless operation of overnight front desk activities, guest account reconciliation, and security checks. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that guests remember and trust. nights! We would prefer one full time but will consider two part time candidates. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining positive guest relations. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform routine safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to maintain accurate records for management review. Assist with reservations and modifications using hospitality reservation systems; support guest requests related to room assignments or special accommodations. Communicate effectively with guests and team members using phone etiquette and professional client communication skills to foster a hospitable environment. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and night audit processes is preferred. Excellent communication skills, including phone communication and multi-line phone system handling. Previous experience working in resort environments or with hotel management is advantageous. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
