Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Analyst to join our team in Beaumont, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system. Collaborate with sales, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed. Analyze order data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, payments, and shipping. Maintain and update customer records in the database. Assist in the development of order management policies and procedures. Provide support for audits and compliance-related activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in order management or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with order management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
